Each tablet contains:
Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 105.30mg; equivalent to Curcuma longa rhizome dry 2.632g(min); equivalent to curcuminoids 100mg,
Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) fruit ext. dry conc. std. 1.06mg; equivalent to Piper nigrum fruit dry 21.73mg(min); equivalent to piperine 1mg, 
Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 300mg.

No added glucose, lactose, gluten, wheat and corn.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns with larger tablets.
